Unfortunately I leave a bad review of this business. Two weeks ago I made a purchase at the store, which I paid with bank transfer. They informed me that they would deliver the merchandise to me once the transfer was made, but as they say, they did not receive the payment. I have proof of the operation where the amount was debited from my account, in favor of their account. I made claims at my bank and at this company's bank, and both entities confirmed that the transfer was made. They never delivered the merchandise to me, saying that they did not receive any transfer from me, they did not have the slightest consideration to collaborate, at least to call their bank to find out what happened to my money. I do not recommend buying here, since they have zero predisposition to solve this problem and today I have no choice but to file a complaint in defense of the consumer. Be careful when buying there.
