The Live Oak Farmer’s Market is a popular Sunday spot with local produce, vendors, and live music.
It offers a variety of items like organic produce, coffee, food trucks, crepes, bakery goods, crafts, flowers, plants, and prepared meals.
Reviewers praise the fresh food and community vibe, but note that it can get crowded with limited parking, and prices aren’t always a bargain.
Some prefer the larger downtown Santa Cruz market or the Cabrillo College market.

Unlike any other Farmers Market. Quaint, calm, yet happening. I got some Cabernet Salami, Cara Cara Oranges, Cilantro and Kombucha on tap, 32 oz of it. This market keeps Live Oak connected to their Farms and Agriculture specialists. I love the fact that its similar to the downtown market although unique in the selection of goods, produce, wares, crafts and nice live music keep it different! 🪕 I will be frequenting this market again very soon, most likely with my housemates.

Good farmers market. Lots of great local produce with much greater variety than grocery stores. Also have stalls that sell meat, fish, breads, crafts and fresh prepared meals. Can get crowded and parking can get tight, but it is well worth it

This is a nice market for a neighborhood like live oak but it’s also kinda small and there sure are not any bargains to be had. That said it’s still a nice Santa Cruz vibe and there are quite a few booths serving fresh made food and bakery items. Live music was pretty bad but still ok because it enhances the experience and people seemed to enjoy it anyway. I have gone to this market for many years and it hasn’t changed much over the years. I very much prefer the one at Cabrillo College on Saturdays

Some of the kindest people I've interacted with at a farmers market. Great produce, good vibes and even better Kombucha. Highly recommend
