Great park area with gardens, tables and chairs, dog friendly on leash and toilets next to it. Right next to the main street of Bowral

Amazing gardens, so peaceful. Great place to eat lunch. Highly recommend especially during tulip time.

Small garden famous for its tulips during the September months. The garden is within walking distance from the train station. There’s a Cole’s opposite the garden for parking.

The Tulip Festival at Corbett Garden in Leura was a mixed experience for me. While the garden is beautiful, I found it quite expensive for what you get—it’s a small garden and the long queues for the toilets didn’t help.

That said, the tulips are undeniably stunning and worth seeing at least once in your life. The vibrant colors, beautiful photo opportunities and charming shops made the visit enjoyable. I captured some great pictures and videos that I’ll cherish, so in that sense, the experience was worth it.

However, considering the high price, I don’t see myself coming back. If you’re willing to pay for the experience, sure, why not? But for those looking for a larger festival or better value, Floriade festival in Canberra is a fantastic alternative. It's free and much bigger.

Overall, it’s a “do it once” kind of thing. I’m happy with the memories I made.

Must do day trip from Sydney especially during tulip festival in spring. (It’s ticketed event ~ $15/PP. it could get crowded around midday during weekends. Best to start early to avoid crowds. Amazing photo-ops with all varieties and colours of Tulips garden beds. Nice shops and cafes in Bowral to visit.
