Terrible service (at least at the Santana unit). They don't provide any support and all payments are late. Zero respect for interns.

Hello, I would like to express my gratitude to Instituto Inova and its collaborators. I know that there are many resumes being analyzed. I have been trying for years and fortunately I have succeeded. It is a unique opportunity. I am learning things that I did not learn in high school or college. I feel privileged to be part of this wonderful team that prepares young people for the job market. I am grateful for the opportunity! 👏🏼❤️

The Inova Institute was the best opportunity I could have ever had, all the teachings given by our dear Ozi Araújo were extremely important, I discovered myself in this place, I realized that I had skills that I didn't even know I had, Professor Ozi does this with us, she inspires us to be better citizens. Not to mention the great service she has. ❤️

In addition to the activities at the institute's headquarters, apprentices have the opportunity to participate in human development projects. A beautiful example was the visit to the Lar Betânia shelter in Santana. The institute provides us with experiences so that we return with a vision of a better world and that we can be better every day, not only as professionals but mainly as people.

Today (10/07/23), we went with our CRIAS to see the beautiful and divine work at Lar Betânia in Santana An experience about the transcendence of the value of work, about "that which the moth does not eat and the thief does not steal". It was worth every second, thank you Instituto Inova for being able to live this moment, thank you beloved students for embarking with us on this life experience.
