Nice place with a beautiful garden and a very friendly and helpful host. She even made us very delicious Caipirinha’s in the afternoon accompanied by snacks (even with a veggie option). Rooms are a bit outdated with bathrooms that might need a renovation but overall good place to stay when visiting the Iguazu falls.

This small B and B/hotel is friendly and welcoming. Our room was warm (important on a cold rainy night -- in the 40s F or about 7 C) yet also came with mosquito netting. There is an outdoor patio area for breakfast, but fortunately the hosts suggested delivery to our room. There was a table, more than one chair, and also a safe. The staff was accomodating about keeping our luggage after checkout while we got lunch in the center of town before heading to the airport. They also advised on where one could change money. Friendly staff, limited English, so Spanish or Google Translate help.

The sweet garden and sweet Soledad (the lovely host) cannot compensate: We paid 125 USD a night which is high price to pay for an hotel in Iguazu, and were surprised from the ugly old room, small bed, very old bathroom, and breakfast is not something special. I recommend to look for better value for your money.

The Secret Garden is truly a hidden gem. Great hospitality - cocktails and snacks at the end of the day and a tasty, filling breakfast. Our room was large and comfortable. The staff were lovely and accommodated our request for a late check-out.

I really like this place and would not hesitate to stay here again. My wife did not like it. We had just finished a 5-star cruise on Viking! So in this regard for her, it was a letdown for her.||Secret Garden is a cute, 5-room lodging in the backyard of a house in a residential area. The entrance is deceptive. It is much nicer once you get to the Secret Garden. It is spotless and the rooms are comfortable with air conditioning and lots of hot water. The breakfast is quite good and ample with French press coffee, scrambled eggs, OJ, fresh fruit, toast, etc.. The service is excellent and Josephina and Solidad were friendly and hospitable. It is not a 5-star hotel and I did not expect it to be. I highly recommend Secret Garden and would definitely stay here again, but not if I am traveling with my wife.
