They promote virtual programs, but the virtual environment is very inefficient. Communicating with academic coordinators or student support through the system is impossible. You have to call someone to let them know you've written, and they don't answer the phone. Submitting registration paperwork is a hassle. They don't accept degrees higher than high school (??), and I have to do all the paperwork again. For course homologation, all procedures are done in person.

I am a teacher. I call, call, call... I only manage to speak to an answering machine. After following his instructions, he makes two rings and the call is disconnected.
