Global is simply amazing! I have never felt so welcomed by the teachers as I did here. The staff is super attentive, always ready to help and motivate, which makes all the difference in the training experience. In addition, the equipment is brand new and high quality, ensuring an efficient and comfortable workout. The environment is SIMPLY BEAUTIFUL, well organized and with an incredible energy, which makes you want to come back every day. Even those who have never been big fans of training end up feeling motivated and enjoying the routine. I highly recommend it!

Excellent structure. I can't talk about the day-to-day service yet, because I'm new. But the only negative point is that it closes so early on Saturdays, at 1:00 p.m. Guys, on that day, I and many other people have more flexibility with their schedule. We can't use it as much during the week because of work and studies, and then when we have that time on Saturday, we are limited to taking care of our health because it closes early?
