Very disappointed with my experience at Virginia Nursery. I accidentally dropped a flower pot before making the purchase, and when I asked to swap it, the staff member refused and told me it was considered a βsold itemβ even though I hadnβt paid for it yet. That makes no sense. I expected better customer service and understanding, especially since it was a genuine accident. Not happy and wonβt be returning.

Over the last year, Iβve spent thousands here and came in today with a trailer ready to grab more trees. Politely asked if there was any chance of a discount, only to be told Iβd need to spend $2,500 in one go to even qualify. Still went ahead with the purchase, but it left a sour taste. Itβs a shame, because Iβve always liked coming here, but after that I rather go elsewhere.

Virginia Nursery is situated on Gawler Road and has a large selection of Home Garden Fruit Trees, Natives, Roses, Cottage Garden plants and Vegetables Seedling. Go to Doncho's Cafe for fantastic Food and great Coffee, or visit Stella's Home & Kitchen gift shop for JUST that something different from other shops. Friendly Staff and great Service.
