Despite the good variety/option of plants, the employees don't seem to know much about gardening, giving customers the wrong advice, since each plant requires a specific type of care.
Example: I said I didn't know anything about plants; I bought a snake plant and a planter at the store and wanted to replant it in that planter, which the company did without any kind of guidance; when I saw it, I almost killed the plant, because the roots were all moldy; later, I found out that the plant needed to be in a pot with holes to allow it to breathe and that the planter was just for decoration.
