They do not comply with the reported schedule. If they say they close at 30 and you go at 7 and they are already closed, they should correct the hours

I wanted to give an orchid at the last minute and have it delivered the same day and it was only possible thanks to them who took care of everything! They even packaged it for me as a gift with a beautiful card as a bonus. The price, consistent. Definitely very good service, quick response and good chat support and everything coordinated from abroad. RECOMMENDED!

I went twice. Both of them attended me with very little enthusiasm. First I asked for flowers, and they sent me ahead alone to look for charred joys in a drawer. There was no one in the store. The second time I went to buy cochineal poison. The man was not able to explain to me how to use the poison, he did not have time, he wanted to continue serving at all costs. This is the first time I have plants, he told me that fertilizer was very important. I told him which one? Which one do I buy? Or what is best for me? He answered me literally: I don't know but it is very important. He had fertilizers there, what he didn't have was the desire to serve me. It will have taken me 2 minutes to buy the poison. It wasn't a matter of stealing time.
