The truth is that whoever answered me on the phone recently, had zero patience to explain anything (I asked him for soil, he explained 5 liters of soil or 10 or 20), I started to get dizzy and I asked him for the example of how many kilos of soil are 5 liters.
If you don't have patience and cut it off saying I AM NOT INTERESTED IN SELLING YOU ANYTHING. He doesn't speak very highly of you because you were clearly aware of your failure and yesterday you attended to me personally. I'm going to return what I bought and without an invoice.

Excellent service, very nice place. They have quite a variety of plants and they have a cat that accompanies you on the tour which is beautiful!
