However, upon arriving at the store, I was surprised to learn that there was no more product available. The grass I purchased had already been delivered to someone else, and I didn't receive what I purchased. It's that simple.

Great service! It wasn't a good season for grass, but the service surprised me, especially the politeness, which is rare!
