This Fred Meyer is a large, well-lit store with a wide selection of groceries, apparel, furniture, and more.
Some customers have complained about high prices, poor produce quality, understaffing at checkout, and rude employees, particularly in the electronics department.
Other customers have praised the store’s cleanliness, helpful employees, and one-stop shopping convenience.
Be sure to check prepaid debit cards before purchasing.

It's a nice lay out with three points of entrance to the store. Grocery trolleys aplenty. Well lit, CLEAN and easy to find what you are looking for. Of course, personally I do NOT appreciate all the impuke items crammed every which way you look. Even if they are full, they are still intrusive to the eye, and smack of "round up" for dollars ie: a 25 pak of water is $4.99, but a broken pack getting rotated to the refrigerator and priced at $1+ each? That smacks of greed! And it shows. So it makes one question what else is being needle$$ly marked up? It made me angry actually. Bit then, I remembered what I came there for and I was good.

What’s the point of having 11 registers when you’re only going to have one open. instead of having 5 to 6 employees standing around doing nothing wouldn’t it be more courteous to open up another register ?

Had the best help from one of the employees, Jesse D. in the grocery department. He was so friendly and knowledgeable and helped me find what I needed! Not always the case with customer service but I will definitely be back!

It's a very large store—deceptively large, in fact, seeming to be smaller outside than it is once you enter. Unless you frequently shop here you're likely to get lost, so I recommend downloading the app to navigate and find items. It's rather clean and well lit, with all the shelves nicely stocked, but there doesn't seem to be any logic to how things are organized; often, I'll find the same items across multiple aisles, or similar types of products scattered throughout the store.

Don't waste your money
This store has been a consistent disappointment for the last three years. Almost $2 for a single red pepper? $1 for a lemon the size of the palm of your hand with barely any juice? And don’t even get me started on the quality—more than half the produce is either mushy, molding, or halfway to the trash. You pay premium prices for rotting goods. I feel ripped off every time I look at my receipt at the end of my grocery trip!!
It doesn't stop at produce. The frozen section is just as bad. Fast, processed meals priced like they're some kind of gourmet cuisine? Meat, dairy, snacks, even basic essentials like feminine care, cleaning, and oral care. It adds up real quick if you're shopping for more than just yourself. It's insulting and not sustainable for the average American family.
Quantities are always low, shelves constantly picked over, and what’s left usually isn’t worth buying. And every time it’s the same story when I go back: poor value, poor stock, poor quality.
Why did I go back? Because of how conveniently close it was to me, that's it.
If you care about your money and your family’s groceries, go to WinCo Foods instead. Better quality, half the price for nearly all your basic items, and you actually get what you pay for—if not more.
This store has no business charging what it does. It’s overpriced, unreliable, and frankly insulting to customers who expect basic freshness for the money they spend.
In this economy? Save yourself the frustration and stress and go somewhere else that respects your hard earned money.
