The place is very nice and has beautiful plants and vases, but I won't be back! Unfortunately, the service is terrible, they have no desire to help and don't pay attention to what the customer needs!

Very convoluted service, you have to wait for someone to generate the order and then go to the cashier, then there are 3 employees around doing nothing, because only one person generates the order. The process there is kind of pointless.

The customer service via WhatsApp/phone is terrible.
Apart from this issue, it is a great flower shop to buy from in person. They have a wide range of flowers and gardening options. Good prices and a good location.
