I truly don't understand the people raving about this store, Parking has always sucked, if want something behind Good luck too you ....and that happens to be most of the store, hit button for an associate no one comes , several other buttons in same area and 40 mins later still , So let's go find a human. Well , 7 associates later no one has a key or radio and all said some form sorry can't help you. So after the last cant help you , leave 450.00 cart in middle of aisle go somewhere else that actually wants my money never again.

I love this Walmart store! I met Eliza who works in Wines & Spirit. She welcomes me with open arms all the time & is just as friendly as can be! She's great to talk to! I wish her all the best while working there!

Nathaniel Watson assisted me with my purchase of an exterior door lock on 06/02/2025 in the auto dept. at the Walmart (Serene) location. I want to say how amazing he is! He is a Solid team member and delivers a great customer care experience. He is super knowledgeable and understands product info. He was very personable and you could really tell he is a Natural Born Leader!! He 's got Greatness!! 5 Gold Stars to you Nathaniel Watson!! The store is close to me either walking distance or buss can take me. The store is always clean. The employees there are nice and friendly.

Of the three Walmarts we visited on our Vegas adventure, this one was the clear winner. Clean aisles, fully stocked shelves (yes, even the weird stuff), and self-checkout that didn’t feel like a Hunger Games arena. Everything just... worked.
As Oregonians, we’re used to shopping behind plastic barricades where even cough drops and deodorant require a security escort. They’ve got our meat locked up like it’s gold bullion. But here? We actually felt like real customers and not potential shoplifters. What a concept!
And let’s not forget—this is the Walmart with Miami Grill, home of the greatest Philly cheesesteak known to humankind. Honestly, this Walmart was cleaner, better stocked, and more welcoming than half the hotels on the Strip.
Who knew Walmart would be the unsung hero of our Vegas trip?
