San Lorenzo Garden Center is a well-stocked nursery with a wide selection of indoor and outdoor plants, including veggie seedlings, herbs, shrubs, and trees.

The staff is generally helpful and knowledgeable, and the prices are fair.

They also carry pots and ingredients to make your own fertilizers, which can be a useful addition for gardeners, and some customers have noted issues with staff knowledge and selection in specific areas, making it a bit of a challenge.

Sadly, the selection of electrical stuff is less than previous years. I had to order from Amazon. But because I want to support local workers this will still be my first stop in the future.

Helpful and lovely knowledgeable staff. Their plant selection is vast from landscaping, produce gardening, succulents and cacti, to tropicals! The prices are fair and the plants are very healthy!

I used to love visiting this place! Seems like a lifetime ago. It seems that the staff does not want to be bothered with questions and I was rudely dismissed about 2 different plants I was shopping for. I was told neither existed. Maybe these salespeople should realize now & then someone with a Bachelor's degree in horticulture might wander in & know exactly what they are talking about. BTW, nasty salesgirl - there is more than 1 scented rhodie and there is a common annual form of monkey flower (Mimulus). I have one & wanted more. Just because you work in a garden center does not make you knowledgeable about plants. I hope you remember me. I will never go back. I was too angry to even respond. I bet even a photo would not have convinced this know it all.

Love this place! If they don't have what I'm looking for, they order it. Plants are always large and well-grown.
