Annandale Garden Centre

The same service as previously written. The male with dark olive skin and earings ignored me at thd counter, when he finally acknowledged me did not greet me nor smile. I asked if he had a specific plant and simply states no. No offer of any help. Why he works there, I don't know. I must say the gentleman with his dog is very friendly and was serving customers next to me. The darked skined man needs to learn from him.

I came here the other day but the staff / owner ignored me for about 10 mins. They were stacking shelves and kept loudly speaking in frustration to each other. They were blocking the aisles and wouldn’t move. They didn’t offer help until the very end when one man finally looked at me with a puzzled look as if to say what do you want. For next time- I’m a paying customer- take the time to assist and maybe move out the way. I live round the corner but probably won’t go back. If you aren’t going to attend properly to your customers what is the point of even existing as a store.

The plants arrived healthy and vibrant, and they've really brought a fresh, calming vibe to my home. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking to add some greenery to their living space!

Friendly helpful service and great range available. If something is not available they will order it in quickly and follow up with a call which doesn't always happen elsewhere.
