I had a fantastic experience today. Nathan was super helpful regarding information about a piece of outdoor furniture I was interested in. I'm now eagerly awaiting said piece of furniture to arrive. I am a very happy customer!

Nice selection but I noticed a few incorrect plant labels. Like elk horns tagged as stag horns. It’s expensive but it has a good loyalty program. The cafe is lovely.

Good selection of healthy plants. Parking is good, pricing ok, cafe overpriced. Staff don't have that friendly approachable vibe and it's evident when you do ask for help.. zero for customer service. I go elsewhere if I want advice.

Wanted to do a price match on exact item i found somewhere else for significantly cheaper. Counter tells me they don't do price matches. Then they say yes they do, and then no they don't again. Counter tries to call a manager named Jodie, who can't be bothered walking to the counter, and tells me to go find her instead. LOL. I have to go search for her? Is this place for real? No wonder people go to Bunnings, and places like this are becoming ghost towns. I certainly will never be visiting another flower power for the rest of my life. What a joke.
