The plants at this garden shop are always fresh, and the staff are incredibly knowledgeable—they’re always happy to help and answer any questions I have.

Cozy and Lovely place to welcome plants, pots and items. Their vibes are also great and I love visiting them to feel the good energy. Potting service/advice is great too.

Just to customers be careful when they give you charge back. What’s happened is really unexpected and unexceptionable. After I paid he didn’t give me correct money back and after long conversation he gave me some money back but still not correct amount. So disappointing about his attitude and in the end no even apology !! Simply hi tuk and stole customer money!! No receipt ether !! Never again I will approach this store.

I love this place! I came last Sunday just to take a look, but ended up buying few indoor plants. The staffs were great and very helpful ! They have plenty options of indoor plans, herbs, veggies and pots. I will definitely go back to add my collection of my indoor plants.

Made to feel like a criminal buying a plant here. Purchased a plant and pot here months back and wanted to buy another one since mine had died in winter. Brought my pot out of my bag at the cashier as I wanted him to repot the plant for me and was immediately questioned about the pot and yelled at in front of everyone. Terrible customer service and made to feel like a lowly criminal. If I was stealing I would have just walked right out with the pot in my bag. Obnoxious and outright rude staff, better service and plants at Bunnings.

Edit: As you can see the store owner is still defending himself without any apology for accusing someone for stealing when they clearly haven’t. Check your cameras and own your behaviour. Good luck running your business like this
