I've only had bad experiences with this company. I don't know if it's because they can't handle customer service (so I think they should hire more employees), or because that's just how they operate.
When I went to the store in person, no one answered me. I had to beg for service, prices, and information.
Yesterday, when I tried to get service via WhatsApp, they didn't respond, and today they said they were busy, and that I should contact the salespeople directly. They gave me the contact details of 2 of them.
I tried Talyson first, who said he was at home on vacation, and the second, Sandro, said that there were too many options, and that I should go to the store (even though I sent a photo of exactly what I wanted).
If I asked for service over the phone, it's because I can't go to the store, don't you think?
I can only go out on Saturdays, and I'm rarely in Vitória because I have a house in Santa Teresa.
In other words, I couldn't get service from any salespeople, and once again I saw that it's really difficult to buy from the company, regardless of the purchasing channel. Disappointed with how terrible the service in ES is.

It may even be good, but the main thing is customer service, we can barely get through on the phone to ask for a quote. The suggestion is to set up a WhatsApp number for quotes.
