BUYER BEWARE...AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

Stephen is an absolute joke!! Website says he has things in stock which he clearly doesn't have. Doesn't answer his phone, return phone calls or return emails. If you're lucky he will text message you. After waiting 2+weeks with no communication I was told my plants were going to be delivered on Tuesday 3rd Dec, they never arrived. I was then told Wednesday 4th Dec 12pm, once again they didn't arrive. I was then told they will be delivered Wednesday 4th during the evening and SURPRISE SURPRISE they weren't delivered. I spent almost $800 and have now had to do a dispute with my bank to recover my money.

Stephen was very helpful. He has a brilliant collection of plants and is really lots to choose from at a very affordable price. Would come back again. Highly recommend.

Beautiful place full of different plants and flowers. Steve is very knowledgeable and help us to get a good variety of plants that grows himself for a very good price.

I had a very disappointing experience with Stephen from Pot Plant Heaven. The website claimed the plants I ordered were in stock, but after waiting over three weeks with no updates, I found out they weren’t. Despite multiple attempts to contact Stephen via email, I received no response. When I finally reached out multiple times via mobile, I was told they didn’t know when the plants would be available.

I ultimately requested a refund, which was processed immediately—that was the only positive aspect of this experience. However, the lack of communication and misleading stock information made this a very frustrating process. I wouldn’t recommend ordering from here unless you’re prepared for delays and uncertainty.

Plants are very beautiful and affordable. The owner is very knowledgeable. So many kinds to choose from. Very satisfied and will come back again.
