I was there about two years ago to load my truck, it was very fast!!!
However, I came back today and I was faced with TOTAL disregard from the driver!!
I've been inside the unit for more than 5 hours and they haven't even touched the car!!!

Disrespect towards truck drivers, they don't keep to schedules, appointments, they treat people like they're nothing, we ask for answers about the schedule, they just tell us to wait, that's all they know how to say, with no empathy for those who are far from their families.
